[MPWG] wildharvesting and roadbuilding

Not to worry, in a few years there will be grant money available to 
eradicate the invasive, exotic plants that will inevitably colonize the new 
superhighway corridor. The new plants will be blamed for destroying the 
native plants that formerly existed there and the herbicide companies and 
developers will see their lobbying dollars well spent. The displaced native 
plants will also receive federal protection by edict from the evil 
wildcrafters who actually had a use for these plants.
