For my work on herbal tea simply search 'TEA and Oudhia' at google.com, you will find tens of research articles.

Hi

I am a third year nutrition BSc student in the UK. I am working on my
project: the antioxidant activity of herbal and fruit teas. I am
looking for some information on the consumption or popularity of
medicinal teas (as prepared from loose herbs) in the UK, Europe and
America. I have searched all of the journal databases and have found
nothing so far.

Does anyone know if where I can get hold of the information that I am
looking for?

Thank you,
