[MPWG] Harvesting of Wild Medicinal Plants

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone in this group has done work on sustainable 
harvesting and regen studies for wild harvesting of any of the plants below.
I am also wondering if anyone knows of work that has been done to 
study harvest times for optimal levels of various constituents in these plants.

Chimaphila umbellata
Hypericum perforatum
Mahonia aquifolium
Oplopanax horridus
Plantago major
Polygala senega
Urtica dioica
