United Plant Savers' 2006 Planting the Future Conferences on the
preservation and cultivation of native medicinal plants. 

 

Saturday, April 29th  in Santa Rosa,California. Teachers include
Rosemary Gladstar, Christopher Hobbs, Pam Montgomery, David Hoffmann,
Mindy Green, Richo Cech, Karyn Sanders, Autumn Summers, Cascade Anderson
Geller and many others. 

 

Saturday August 19th, at Sage Mountain Herbal Retreat Center in East
Barre, Vermont. Rosemary Gladstar  joined by Pam Montgomery, Deb Soule,
Bob Beyfuss, Matthias & Andrea Reisen, Kate Gilday & Don Babineau, Nancy
& Michael Phillips and many others.

 

Classes held from 9am-5pm and will focus on sustainable practice of
herbal medicine, "at risk" plant cultivation, plant identification walks
and related topics. Registration fee is $55 for UpS members and $65 for
