Growing North Carolina’s Natural Products Industry
The annual conference of the North Carolina Natural Products Association is 
designed for those who commercially grow, manufacture, or buy herbs, 
medicinal plants, and other natural products.  The conference provides 
outstanding networking opportunities for growers, buyers, and other industry 
representatives whether in established businesses or considering entering 
the natural products industry.  The two-day program will include workshops, 
lectures, and a Friday evening social with keynote speaker James A. “Jim” 
Duke, PhD.  Also featured with be poster presentations and a vendor's 
marketplace.  Known as “America’s herbal laureate,” Jim Duke is the 
best-selling author of The Green Pharmacy.  Also speaking will be Richo 
Cech, author of Growing At-Risk Medicinal Herbs.  For complete program
