Last week, I sent information to this list to inform you that details on
potential U.S. submissions for the next CITES Conference of the
Parties(COP13, to be held in October 2004) are available at the following
url:
                                          international.fws.gov.

I'd like to point out that there will be a public meeting on February 5,
2004, at 1:30p.m. in the Rachel Carson room at the Main Interior Building
(Washington, D.C.).

There is also information for organizations wishing to attend COP13 as
observers.
