[APWG] Quoting messages when replying to the list

Folks, when you are replying to a message on the list, please do not quote the previous message (especially not the previous 5-10 messages) unless you are directly addressing something in that specific message.  Not quoting the entire string of messages will help reduce the size of emails coming into people's inboxes.
