Dear Craig,

Please go back and look at your 30 steps.  Imagine you did not write  
them.  Imagine you are passionate person, seriously committed to  
reestablishing natives in invaded areas.  Do not imagine you are a  
dumb bureaucrat.  Do not imagine you are any of the other nasty people  
out there who do not care to do the right thing.  Imagine you really,  
really would like to do the right thing, but you do not know how, and  
you would like instructions from someone who really knows what they  
are doing.

Now reread your list of 30 steps.  Any time a step is repeated, cross  
it out.  For example steps 1,2,3,4 are not four steps, they are one  
step.  Notice how quickly you no longer have 30 steps, you now have 27  
steps.

Now reread steps 5 and 6.  Please try not to laugh at yourself.

Here you are proposing the 30 (27?) steps, and in steps 5 and 6 you  
are saying: 'Oh by the way, there are some other steps, but I'm not  
going to tell them to you......"  Really.  Really?  Are you serious?   
Then why am I bothering to read any of your list???!!!!



In you editing process, I might suggest you watch the late great   
George Carlin as he edits the 10 Commandments in this brief youtube
