Eliza, Jessie, and Patrick,
 
I thought maybe you guys could help me answering a question.  According to
the Dana Point Headlands Onsite Mitigation and Revegation Plan, Headlands
has to treat, remove, and dispose of invasive species on-site according to
the CalIPC guidelines.  However, I can't find any CalIPC guidelines on
disposal.
 
If you know of any, please let me know.  I can come up with my own common
sense methods, but I still need the reference.
