Please contact Melissa if you have any questions regarding these courses. I
can promise you it will be a fabulous course, with Joe DiTomaso at the
helm. His identification guides and keys are really great.
Thank you,
jil

Fight your way out of the broom and join us to
learn about the latest techniques and the
tried-and-true methods of invasive plant control.
Our local instructors have years of on-the-ground
experience, and focus on relevant control
strategies for the weeds near you. These one-day
courses cover a spectrum of techniques including
mechanical, chemical, biological controls, as well
as grazing, revegetation and plant propagation.
NEW at our courses! Bring up to three invasive
plant specimens from your home turf and enter
them in the What's that Weed? contest. Judge Joe
DiTomaso of UC Davis will help you brush up on
weed identification and will present a prize to
the participant who can correctly identify the
most weeds.
Courses are $124/145 (Cal-IPC member/non-member)
and include lunch, snacks, a reference binder,
and 7.5 hours DPR credit if applicable.
