I too have used the vinegar as an herbicide. It is an acid! But is can also
be washed off easily. (off the problem plants, you don't want that.) It must
be applied at the right time. The grass etc. must be at the right growth
stage ours wasn't. Mowed grass is too short, tall grass is too tall.  And
very important. Clean out the sprayer! It is corroding and will ruin even
brass. I know, I did it
