We decided after a bit of research not to use it. Industrial strengh vinegar is a chemical in its own right (and needs to be properly handled), but research indicates that even at high concentrations, it is not systemic. It produces top kill on various herbaceous invasives, but nothing is translocated to the roots so you get resprouting. And it is costly.
