Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing today to notify you of a potential business opportunity.
 Arlington County is currently soliciting proposals from qualified
Contractors to do work related to the removal of invasive plant
species and restoration of healthy forested environments in our parks.
 If you are a Contractor qualified to do this type of work, you are
invited to submit a proposal to the County for consideration regarding
an ongoing task-order Contract.  If you are not interested in the
work, but know of someone who may be, please feel free to forward this
email to them.

The solicitation is entitled:
PROVISION OF INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANT REMOVAL, CONTROL AND FOREST
RESTORATION SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PARKS AND OPEN SPACES IN ARLINGTON
COUNTY FOR UP TO A THREE YEAR PERIOD. WORK FOR ANY GIVEN PROJECT MAY
INCLUDE HAND PULLING, MECHANICAL REMOVAL, SMALL TREE REMOVAL <6" DBH,
HERBICIDE APPLICATION, RE-SEEDING, AND MULCHING.
