[APWG] the Noxious Weed Control Act

While this bill was still in process I happened (on the net) on a list of
the plants of concern. Not only was the list relatively short, but I did not
recognize one plant on the list. No knapweed, no star thistle, no purple
loosestrife. I wrote for more information and got a very terse letter back
telling me that these were agricultural weeds of concern, and that the list
had been carefully thought out. Can't seem to find the list on the net
anymore. Can anyone corroborate my story? I do hope I'm wrong.

   To require the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a program to 
 provide assistance to eligible weed management entities to control or 
  eradicate noxious weeds on public and private land. <<NOTE: Oct. 30,

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. NOXIOUS WEED CONTROL AND ERADICATION.
 
    The Plant Protection Act (7 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.) is amended by 
adding at the end the following new subtitle:
