The National Environmental Coalition on Invasive Species (a 12-member NGO
group working on invasive species issues) put together a fact sheet with
this type of information for a press conference we held in December 2003.
It is not specific to plants - in fact, most of the species mentioned are
insects or animals.

Invasive Species That the U.S. Exported."

It doesn't have the kind of literature references you may be looking for,
however.
