Hi,

Do you have expertise with reed canary grass Phalaris arundinacea? Would
you be willing to review a draft fact sheet that will be posted to the
Alien Plant Working Group's Weeds Gone Wild web page?

The author is Michelle Grigore, Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan. It
was originally submitted in 2000 and some of the information may be
outdated. Also, much like Phragmites, Phalaris is tricky due to the native
and exotic ecotypes present and coexisting in the U.S., and the difficulty
(impossibility?) of distinguishing them in the field.

I will forward the draft on request.

Thanks very much,

Jil
