Dear Ruth,

Thank you for your email.  It's not age that makes you an elder of a
culture, and you don't have to be dead---but that you have provided
leadership by using your creativity to try invent some solutions for
weed management and/or ecological restoration issues, or that the person
has added some philosophical underpinnings to weed management, or
ecological restoration.
