If you require past collection information, please direct your request to the National Coordination Office. Targeted species lists should be developed on the regional/office basis. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNoSpacing><b><o:p> </o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNoSpacing><b>Transmittal notices:</b> Only one transmittal notice needs to be sent to the Smithsonian Herbarium with your voucher specimens. It would be great if the notice contained each accession number for corresponding voucher. You do not need to send a notice for each specimen.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNoSpacing><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNoSpacing><b>Clearance forms</b>: These should be submitted to the National Coordination Office for approval if you would like any present year seed returned from Bend.
