Has anything been said about the subject of the responsibility of seed collectors and restoration ecologists with respect to the depletion of wild stocks, effects on seed "bank," and relationship of the amount of seed introduced to the stands resulting therefrom as well as the phenomenon of quantities of seeds being essentially wasted when the actual stand development bears little resemblance to the seed "mix" used?
