<div>-Conducts field sampling of vegetation of the Colorado Plateau with accuracy and precision using specialized techniques. </div>

<div>-Collects and prepares data and performs analyses regarding the environmental characteristics of plant species across the Intermountain West.</div>
</div>

<div>-Samples, prepares, and performs laboratory and greenhouse analyses of plant samples to characterize genetic variations and determine specific biological characteristics. </div>

<div>-Assists in tracking and archiving all biotic samples to be processed, and preparing correspondence pertaining to technical aspects of the work, enters, and checks data. </div>

<div>-Performs assignments in gathering, organizing, and interpreting biological, ecological, pathological, and/or other information pertinent to research studies. </div>

<div>-Operates a motor vehicle as an incidental driver. </div>
