We – the Native Plant Conservation Campaign – have been working on compiling such a list, including local native plant laws and ordinances. If you know of other examples of laws and policies encouraging or requiring use of native plants along highways, roads, in parks, public open space or developments, please send us information about them <mailto:emilyr at plantsocieties.org?subject=Native%20Plant%20Laws> .

Thank you!

Does anyone know of other states which are supporting/requiring this?

It would be nice to have a list. Heck, it would be nice to know if Maryland/DC supports this.

   Thanks and best regards,
