Planning and Environmental Coordinator (NEPA)



*Deadline: 11/23/2018



*Overview: Provides planning coordination to the district and field level
through: planning and NEPA system coordination, guidance, and training; and
planning and NEPA document review and production; and program review.
Provides planning and NEPA coordination at the state, regional, and
national levels through: implementing and advising on planning standards
and progress; and providing national resource management planning program
and draft legislation analysis and review. Engages in cooperative
relationships through: interagency representation and review; planning
document consistency; and providing procedural review and guidance.
Provides support to the field and New Mexico State Office on trends in
protests, appeals, and litigation, and advises BLM staff to ensure
decisions are made in a manner that minimizes risk.



*Position: Planning and Environmental Coordinator (NEPA)



*Location: Santa Fe, NM



*Compensation: GS 13, Salary $87,547 to $113,812 per year



*Who may apply: All current federal employees or former federal employees
with competitive/reinstatement eligibility. Veteran Employment Opportunity
