**Deadline: March 8, 2018 *Overview:  This outreach is to locate interested
individuals for both a 120 day detail and/or subsequent permanent position.
This position is organizationally located within the Boise National Forest
at the Lucky Peak Nursery in Boise, Idaho and reports to the Lucky Peak
Nursery Manager. The Lucky Peak Nursery (LPN) is the Regional seed
processing and seedling production facility for Regions 3 and 4.  Annually,
the LPN will produce up to 5 million seedlings (bareroot and
greenhouse-grown) and process up to 4000 pounds of native seed. Along with
providing products and services to those twenty-three National Forests, the
LPN processes seed and produces native tree and shrub seedlings for other
agencies, including: BLM (OR, ID, NV, CA), Dept. of Defense (WA),
USDI-National Park Service (ID), USDI Fish & Wildlife Service (WA), and
 state fish and game agencies (ID, OR). The clients of the LPN extend from
the Canadian border to the Mexican border. *Position:  Biological
