The *BLM Utah Youth Outreach Program* his providing up to $300 to assist a
student(s) or Youth (30 and under) attend the February 5 - 7 Colorado
Plateau Native Plant Program 2018 Annual Meeting

Grand Junction, CO.  Funds can be used for travel (not air or rail) and per
diem (lodging and meal allowance) expenses at the GSA-approved federal
rate.  Appropriate candidates should contact Adrienne Pilmanis with
inquiries (801-539-4076 or apilmani at blm.gov).

*Appropriate Candidates*:  Those pursuing practical work or research in the
field of Native Plant Materials Development or Use in the greater Colorado
Plateau region.

Last date to reserve a hotel room for the Doubletree Hotel (meeting
location) and receive the block rate of $93 is this Friday.


*Exclusions:*  A Student or Youth who is currently placed in a BLM office,
or is working on the payroll of an entity that has a current Cooperative or
Interagency Agreement with BLM or the CPNPP.

*Disclosure:*  Recipient/s will keep and report receipts to BLM Utah, will
provide personally-identifiable and bank information to set up
reimbursement, and will set up an account in the federal travel system to
receive reimbursement.
