I'm forwarding this position on in an effort to help our Fire Management
Officer cast a very wide net-- in the hope you could forward it on to any
folks you may know with a natural resources background AND federal
prescribed fire qualifications. Arcata FO BLM is in great need of filling a
fuels specialist position in order to fully implement many important
projects with a prescribed fire component; such as forest health projects,
prairie restoration and maintenance projects, pile burning, etc. Please
distribute far and wide to any you know with fire experience on federal
lands.
