The National Tropical Botanical Garden and the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History will present a one-day symposium titled Agents of Change: Botanic Gardens in the 21st Century. The event will be held on Oct. 7, 2014 in the Baird Auditorium at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the National Tropical Botanical Garden.
