[PCA] REVIEW: National Fish Wildlife and Plants Climate Adaptation
Strategy -- Open for Public Review
----- Forwarded Message -----
As you may know, in 2010, Congress directed the Council on Environmental
Quality and the Interior Department to prepare a national government-wide
strategy for addressing climate change impact son fish, wildlife and
plants.
The draft plan is now open for public comment until March 5, 2012. The
draft strategy and portal to submit comments can be found at
http://www.wildlifeadaptationstrategy.gov
Attached is a press release issued by the US Fish and Wildlife Service and
the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which co-chaired the
development of a draft strategy.
