Today, Monday Oct 31, CEQ officially released the Guidance for Federal 
Agencies on Sustainable Practices for Built Landscapes. You can access 
them at the following link:

I haven't looked through them completely, references to Green 
Infrastructure and LID are somehow missing, all the content is here and it 
is wonderful to have the built landscape understood to be of critical 
importance in the sustainability of federal agencies.
