You have your work cut out for you:  I had a similar problem with Chinese
tallow (Triadica sebifera (L) Small) trees being sold at Home Depots in
Texas.  I suggest you get your local city/county/state weed and pest on
board to do some good documentation of its invasive nature.  Some folks in
the mid-west swear it is not invasive, but in other states it is listed.
The seeds of this pain were used as packing material for awhile in the late
19th, early 20th century, so it, like asparagus and cheatgrass, have been
here awhile.  Good luck!

It's a pretty slick advertisement they have.  Seems you'd at least need a
similarly slick one to educate consumers and potential buyers.
