The Federal Highway Administration is advertising for two ecologists in its
headquarters office in Washington, DC.  The positions are on the Project
Mitigation Team, within the Office of Project Development and Environmental
Review.  The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a
variety of challenging environmental issues, research, policy, programs and
initiatives as they relate to transportation.  Problem solving skills are
an asset, especially related to the Endangered Species Act, Clean Water
Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act and the National Environmental Policy Act.

The positions are open to all US citizens, and close on October 5th.
