Hopi, Navajos say environmentalists not welcome

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- The leader of the country's largest Indian reservation 
threw his support behind the neighboring Hopi Tribe, whose lawmakers 
declared environmental groups unwelcome on the reservation.
