Wilma Follette doesn't work at a local nursery, spend hours nurturing 
plants in her garden or pour over botanical catalogs, but she has 
co-authored one of the foremost books on Marin flowers: "Marin Flora: An 
Illustrated Manual of the Flowering Plants, Ferns and Conifers of Marin 
County" (California Academy of Sciences, $35/$45).
