Environmental group fights subpoena on leak

WASHINGTON -- The National Wildlife Federation on Tuesday challenged a 
government subpoena aimed at finding out who leaked the Bush 
administration's plans to weaken the Endangered Species Act just weeks 
before President Barack Obama took office.
