[PCA] NEWS: Administration Loosens Species Protections

There's nothing quite like some lameduck shameless shenanigans to cap 
off this curious chapter of American history that has provided us 
with bold new definitions of words like decency, honesty, 
intelligence, morality and many others.

We await new leaders that will hopefully redefine these words.
