[PCA] Guidelines Requested for Germinating American chestnuts

Craig, I had good luck with true chestnuts this last year by refrigerating
them for the winter and planting in the spring. Keep them warm in a ziplock
for a few day to check for worms which can be squished and did surprisingly
little damage when managed. Plant them in tree bands or deep pots they are
fast growers. Alternatively, plant them where you want them to grow now. You
with get a lower return due to critters and insects but that's what nature
does. Oh, 2-3" deep.
