[PCA] Earth Survey project

Hi,
  I thought some of you might be interested in a
project that I have been working on the last week or
two.  I have been conducting a short survey about
nature and the environment, sending it out to various
government officials, religious leaders, corporate
CEOs, environmental groups and other interested
people.  The results are being posted at
http://earthsurvey.blogspot.com as I receive them.  I
have included a copy of the survey in this message, in
case any of you would like to fill it out and return
it to me.  Contact information will not be posted-
only your name and title/organization (if applicable)
will be included with the results.  Please let me know
if you have any questions or comments about this
project.
