[PCA] Comments due Dec. 2 on scoping EIS for GE herbicide-resistant bentgrass

USDA-APHIS is in the midst of a scoping process toward doing an EIS on whether to deregulate a genetically engineered glyphosate-resistant Agrostis stolonifera (creeping bentgrass). This is a perennial clonal grass that can't be confined to golf courses, where it's a major species (putting greens, some fairways). The comment period has been extended by two weeks (see attached for details).
