Non-Botanists has been rescheduled for August 2, 2004.  Register today

This one-day field course will involve training in tidal and non-tidal
wetland plant identification for non-botanists. The course will
emphasize key field characteristics of a select number of vascular plant
families. There will be instructor-led keying, and group keying with
field guides: A Field Guide to Non-tidal Wetland Plant Identification
(Tiner, 1988) and Newcomb's Wildflower Guide (Necomb, 1977). Wetland
plants will also be identified and discussed in the field.
 
Located in historic St. Michaels, Maryland, on the shore of the
