[PCA] Graduate programs in restoration

Hi-

I've got a staff member (Nursery Manager) who is looking for a graduate (masters level) program focusing on plant restoration.  I was wondering if any of you have suggestions of strong programs.  His background is actually in marine biology and horticulture.  He is looking for a program that will give him as much hands on experience as possible.
