the ethnobotany of indigenous people in various parts of the world, including Central and South America, Asia, Oceania, and many other areas. They were colleagues at Harvard University where they both received their doctorates and were heavily influenced by
the famed Harvard professor Richard Evans Schultes, widely considered the ‘father of ethnobotany’ in the U.S.</span><br>
