herbal dietary supplement and personal care products must make every reasonable
effort to ensure that all such ingredients are fit for their intended use. And
manufacturers must set specifications that communicate their needs while
meeting meet new good manufacturing practice regulations. To help herbal
ingredient growers, collectors, brokers and manufacturers understand each others’
needs and comply with federal and state regulations, the American Herbal
Products Association (AHPA) will present a tele-seminar on January 31, 2008,
