on Citizen Environmental Monitoring in Appalachia!<br><br>

</font><font size=3>The late registration date has been postponed to

October 15, 2004.<br><br>

This event will focus on building programs for validity, impact and

sustainability.  Focus areas include water quality, invasive species

and forest health and sustainability.  Our speakers come from a wide

variety of specialties and backgrounds including soil science, non-timber

forest products, aquatic insects, water chemistry, plant biology,

forestry, public relations, volunteer management, philanthropy and

fundraising.  <br><br>
