Apparently these bills are being voted on by July 21. The source of this information is the American Lands Alliance and the Endangered Species Coalition, both lobbying groups located in Washington DC, both groups are very much opposed to these bills and the information they provide very much reflects that political stance.</SPAN></FONT></P><FONT face=Arial color=black size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black">

Dennis Cardoza’s (D-CA) “Critical Habitat Reform Act of 2003” (HR 2933) and Rep. Greg Walden’s (R-OR) “Sound Science for Endangered Species Act Planning Act” (HR 1662).
