This is the first of three seasonal adventures.
Each class is a hands-on nature experience that will traverse
woods and streams near The WKC in East Meredith, NY.
The program focus's on edible wild foods (many of them are called
invasive species) for their nutrition, their ecological conservation,

and healing abilities.

Some topics to be discussed &/or Experienced:

- what are the Spring Pot Herbs
- Outdoor Environmental Fields on the Human Wellness Spectrum
- "Bitter is Better", "Sour is Toning", "Pungent is Stimulating"
- accessing "the Heart of the Land" (teachings of Sarah Root)
- Living & Eating through the Seasons with Unique Wild Foods
      & Recipes
- Ending the afternoon with a Wild Food and Drink Sampling
   and an open question/answer time for some wild weedy wellness questions.

Walk begins at 1:00
