Most Coloradans put their herb gardens to bed this time of year, but for 
Shelley Torgove, herbs are a year-round passion whose joys she appreciates 
even more during cold and flu season. A clinical herbalist, Torgove has 
practiced botanical medicine for more than 20 years, and she's seen a 
growing interest in it.
