Dear Native Plant Colleagues:

In preparation for the 16th meeting of the Conference of the Parties 
(CoP16) to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of 
Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) 
today announced the publication of a notice seeking public comment 
on certain wildlife and plant species (including a handful of native plant 
taxa) that are being evaluated for consideration at CoP16.  See the full

The Federal Register notice and additional information on CITES and CoP16
