Horticulturist, GS-0437-09/11.  U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA),
Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Ames, Iowa has an opening at the
North Central Regional Plant Introduction Station for a two-year term
position (with possible two-year extension), full-time, to curate
germplasm collections of Echinacea, Hypericum, Prunella and other
medicinal and nutraceutical plants.  Must have the ability to apply
horticultural and/or agronomic management practices to the maintenance
of living plant collections.  A master's degree or higher education is
desirable.  Salary is commensurate with experience ($45,040 - $70,843
per annum).   Must be a U.S. Citizen.  For information on application
