Join herbalist Terry Cochran to learn more about preserving biodiversity &
growing heirloom plant varieties.

The world faces a crisis in loss of biodiversity of plant life.
Hybridization and global development has led to the greatest loss of
varieties of plant life and adaptable natural variation to the point that
several blights or bad years will wipe out the ability to produce enough
food. Learn what is being done to plan for this eventuality, what heirloom
plants/herbs can be used, how to grow them and how important they may soon
be. We'll discuss heirloom plant and seed sources, how and when to grow
them, how to harvest and store seed, and what is being done worldwide.
