[MPWG] CANCELLED - Black Cohosh Monitoring Project in NC

        INVENTORY AND MONITORING PROJECT

Reluctantly, it has been decided to cancel the project for this 
year.  We have only 10 volunteers for each site (some are crossovers), 
about half the number needed, and not enough to gather the required data.

The possibility of continuing the project next year has been discussed.
