Subject: Yellow Raspberries
Dear Sir/Madam
I am inquiring about Yellow Raspberry Leaves, in particular Rubus Idaeus "Fallgold".
I would like to know if the leaves of this species is suitable for use as tea, and if so, what is the nutritional value of these leaves as opposed to those of Red Raspberries.
Alternatively, what other uses may be found for the leaves of the Fallgold cultivar?
Thanking you in advance
CFM
